[摘要]本文首先簡(jiǎn)要介紹了商業(yè)銀行產(chǎn)品管理和創(chuàng)新的概念及特點(diǎn),根據(jù)商業(yè)銀行產(chǎn)品管理和創(chuàng)新的理論和實(shí)踐分析我國(guó)國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行產(chǎn)品管理和創(chuàng)新的必要性。在了解我國(guó)國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行產(chǎn)品管理和創(chuàng)新的現(xiàn)狀與存在的問(wèn)題的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行產(chǎn)品管理和創(chuàng)新存在的問(wèn)題的原因進(jìn)行分析。與此同時(shí),了解國(guó)外商業(yè)銀行在產(chǎn)品管理和創(chuàng)新上的先進(jìn)做法,對(duì)國(guó)外商業(yè)銀行在產(chǎn)品管理和創(chuàng)新方面的做法取其精華去其糟粕,對(duì)我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展也有所啟示。最后,根據(jù)上訴分析,提出完善我國(guó)國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行產(chǎn)品管理和創(chuàng)新的對(duì)策,促進(jìn)我國(guó)國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行在產(chǎn)品管理和創(chuàng)新方面的發(fā)展。

Thoughts on State-owned Commercial Banks Product Management and Innovation
[Abstract] Firstly,this article briefly describes the concepts and features of the commercial bank product management and innovation, the necessity of the state-owned commercial bank product management and innovation analysis based on the theory and practice of commercial banking product management and innovation. On the basis of our understanding of the state-owned commercial banks in product management and innovation status and existing problems on the state-owned commercial banks for reasons of product management and innovation to analyze the problems. At the same time, learn foreign commercial banks in product management and innovation of advanced practice approach to foreign commercial banks in the product management and innovation in its essence to its dregs, the development of China's commercial banks have also been inspiration. Finally, according to the analysis of appeal put forward to improve the management of state-owned commercial banking products and innovative measures to promote the development of China's state-owned commercial banks in the product management and innovation.
