摘要
混合機(jī)是飼料加工中的最關(guān)鍵設(shè)備之一,目前對混合機(jī)雖然已有一定實(shí)驗(yàn)與理論研究,但是仍然存在兩個(gè)關(guān)鍵問題:一是對常用的臥式螺帶混合機(jī)的研究較少,二是絕大多數(shù)臥式螺帶混合機(jī)均存在混合死角、混合均勻度偏低等問題,使得研發(fā)的產(chǎn)品性能往往達(dá)不到用戶要求。為此,本設(shè)計(jì)提出了一種新型逆向雙螺帶混合機(jī)構(gòu),該機(jī)構(gòu)能很好的解決以上問題,使混合機(jī)的混合強(qiáng)度和生產(chǎn)效率均得到顯著提高。
本設(shè)計(jì)主要研究內(nèi)容及其創(chuàng)新性工作如下:
1、針對現(xiàn)有的螺帶式混合機(jī)械存在的攪拌強(qiáng)度不足、生產(chǎn)效率不高等問題,根據(jù)混合攪拌原理,創(chuàng)新性地設(shè)計(jì)了一種新型逆向雙螺帶混合機(jī)。
2、針對現(xiàn)有螺帶混合機(jī)攪拌葉片磨損過快的問題,選用Ti3C2/Cu-Al金屬陶瓷材料及其快速成形技術(shù)加以解決。
3、利用Pro-E軟件模擬了傳統(tǒng)單螺帶、雙螺帶以及新型逆向雙螺帶對單一粉體以及多種粉體的混合效果,提出了當(dāng)量混合均勻度(DHD)這一新的表征參數(shù),由此改變了虛擬樣機(jī)混合效果只能定性評價(jià)的現(xiàn)狀,從而為新型混合機(jī)的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)提供了可靠依據(jù)。
4、通過Pro-E軟件的模擬試驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明,新型逆向雙螺帶的當(dāng)量混合均勻度分別是傳統(tǒng)單螺帶、傳統(tǒng)雙螺帶的2倍和1.5倍。從而,從結(jié)構(gòu)上較好的解決了現(xiàn)有螺帶式混合機(jī)械的存在問題。

New type of feed horizontal double spiral belt mixing machine design and research
Abstract
Mixed feed processing machine is the one of the most critical equipment, although it has already certain theoretical and experimental research on the mixing machine, there are still existing two issues: one of the commonly used horizontal spiral belt mixing machine research limited, two is the vast majority of horizontal spiral belt mixing machine mixing dead angle, there are mixed degree of uniformity of low status question, products hardly meeting users’ requirements. To this end, the design under the support of the National Natural Foundation of China (31172243)  and  the  Ministry of Education ,Fund for the Doctoral Project (20103227110007). Therefore, this paper puts forward a novel reverse double spiral belt mixing mechanism, the body can be very good to solve the above problem, to improve mixing intensity and efficiency of the mixing machine greatly.
The design of the main research contents and innovative work as follows:
1. In view of the existing screw belt mixer in mixing strength is insufficient, the production efficiency is not advanced problem, based on the mixing principle, innovative design of a new type of reverse double spiral belt mixing machine.
2. In view of the existing spiral belt mixing machine mixing blade wear problem of fast, selection of Ti3C2/Cu-Al metal ceramic material and rapid prototyping technology to solve.
3. Pro-E software was used to simulate the mixing effect of the traditional single screw, double ribbon and novel reverse double ribbon on a single powder and a variety of powder, it put forward the equivalent homogeneity of this new characterization parameter, to change the virtual prototype hybrid effect only stay a qualitative eva luation of the status, novel hybrid machine so as to provide the reliable basis for the optimization design.
4. Through the Pro-E software simulation test, the results show that the equivalent mixing uniformity of novel reverse double ribbon are traditional single screw, the traditional double ribbon 2 times and 1.5 times. Thus, to solves the problem of the structure in the existing screw belt type mixing machinery problems.
