摘要 隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)不斷進(jìn)步和社會(huì)飛速發(fā)展，工業(yè)生產(chǎn)對(duì)控制的要求也越來(lái)越高，現(xiàn)代工業(yè)生產(chǎn)追求智能化，流水線(xiàn)化。經(jīng)濟(jì)的全球化趨勢(shì)不斷增強(qiáng)，在全球化的經(jīng)濟(jì)和貿(mào)易的總格局中，航空運(yùn)輸在現(xiàn)代化國(guó)際生產(chǎn)、貿(mào)易和綜合運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)中的紐帶和接口作用將變得更加突出。世界大范圍的人員流動(dòng)和物資流通，提高機(jī)場(chǎng)運(yùn)作效率和增加機(jī)場(chǎng)的吞吐量，對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的航空業(yè)提出了更高的要求。控制要求可靠性高，運(yùn)行安全穩(wěn)定。PLC全名是可編程邏輯控制器，是一種數(shù)字運(yùn)算與操作的控制裝置，被廣泛應(yīng)用在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)控制領(lǐng)域。由于PLC采用軟件來(lái)改變控制過(guò)程，并有體積小、組裝靈活、編程簡(jiǎn)單、抗干擾能力強(qiáng)及可靠性高等特點(diǎn)，被引用到飛機(jī)登機(jī)橋的生產(chǎn)當(dāng)中。
本文研究的主要是PLC在旅客登機(jī)橋行走系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用，主要實(shí)現(xiàn)的是PLC對(duì)液壓系統(tǒng)的控制以及PLC和操作臺(tái)的控制通訊鏈接，以實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)旅登機(jī)橋的安全控制。其次簡(jiǎn)單介紹了PLC工作的原理，旅客登機(jī)橋的結(jié)構(gòu)以及整個(gè)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行機(jī)制。最后，文章講述了登機(jī)橋的電氣接線(xiàn)和軟件方面的程序的確定。本文是根據(jù)華德寶機(jī)械（昆山）有限公司實(shí)際生產(chǎn)的旅客登機(jī)橋作為研究對(duì)象，以工業(yè)生產(chǎn)環(huán)境為背景，具有重要的參考價(jià)值。

The Application of PLC In the Passenger Boarding Bridge
Abstract With the progress of Scientific technology and quick development of the society,the require of industrial manufacture is becoming increasingly higher,and modern industrial manufacture chase for intelligence and pipeline.Moreover with the tendency of economic globalization is increasing, in the entire pattern of global economy and trade,air transport play a more important role in the ligament or interface of modern international production,trade and comprehensive transportation system.because of the transferring of personnel of wide range of the world, enhancing airport operation efficiency and improving the gulp and vomit,propose higher require for the traditional aircraft industry.The control is high reliable and running is stable.The PLC,for short Programmable Logic Controller,is a control device of digital operation,which is used widely in the area of industrial manufacture and operation.PLC Because it uses computer to alter control process and has small size,package neatly,programme simple, strong anti-jamming capability and high reliability,the PLC is recommended to control the manufacture of the Aircraft Boarding Bridge.
This paper introduces the application of PLC in the Aircraft Boarding Bridge running system,mainly realizing the control of hydraulic system,and the communication connection of the PLC and operation floor,in order to achieve safe manage of the Aircraft Boarding Bridge.Then it introduces the theory of the work of PLC simply,the structure of the Aircraft Boarding Bridge and the resume of operation of the entire system.In addition,this article says electrical lineswork and program of software.According to the research object ,the Aircraft Boarding Bridge which is actually produced by Vataple Machinery(Kunshan) Company, using industrial production environment as a background,the article has significant reference value.
