摘　要　論述了核電站常規(guī)島及電站輔助設(shè)施設(shè)計(jì)自主化的重要意義、目標(biāo)。在國(guó)內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)單位與國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的工程公司能力差異比較的基礎(chǔ)上，提出了實(shí)施上述目標(biāo)的步驟和方法。

Abstract　The significance and target of China′s self-reliance in design of CI(conventional island)and BOP(balance of plant)of nuclear power plants are discussed in the article.The inadequacies in capability of Chinese Design Institute as compared with the international standard A／E Company are pointed out and the way to achieve the mentioned target is expounded.
