摘要：近年來(lái)，影子銀行受到了廣泛關(guān)注。我國(guó)的影子銀行業(yè)務(wù)開(kāi)始發(fā)展起來(lái),對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)生了重大影響。本文在對(duì)影子銀行的基本概念、特征進(jìn)行介紹的基礎(chǔ)上，分析了我國(guó)影子銀行各方面的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r，包括種類(lèi)、規(guī)模、地區(qū)分布等，明確影子銀行對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)生的雙重影響，最后提出合理建議，認(rèn)為應(yīng)當(dāng)完善相關(guān)法律法規(guī)，明確影子銀行的信息披露義務(wù)，推進(jìn)金融改革和創(chuàng)新。

The development status quo of China’s shadow banking and risk regulation
Abstract: In recent years, the shadow banking system has received the widespread attention. Shadow banking business began to grow in our country, has a significant impact on the economy. Based on the basic concept and characters of the shadow banking is introduced on the basis of the analysis of the development in all aspects of the shadow banking in our country, including the type, size, region distribution, etc., clear shadow banking dual influence on our country's economy, finally put forward reasonable Suggestions, think should perfect relevant laws and regulations, clear shadow banking information disclosure obligation, to promote financial reform and innovation.
