[摘要]民間金融，作為非正規(guī)金融的一種形式，長期以來活動在地下。事實上，我國民間金融活動日益活躍，尤其對于中小企業(yè)的發(fā)展起了重要的支持作用。但是，由于民間金融自身的隱蔽性、自發(fā)性、多樣性等特點，其發(fā)展過程中也容易產生巨大的風險。2011年以來我國多地發(fā)生的民間金融資金鏈斷裂事件，不僅在民間金融市場中產生了巨大風險，也對整個經濟環(huán)境造成了一定的沖擊。
本文從四個方面展開內容。第一部分為民間金融理論概述，簡單介紹民間金融的分類、特點等其他屬性。主要列舉發(fā)展民間金融的利弊兩個方面的內容，通過對比對民間金融有一個比較完整的認識，從而辯證地看待這一非正規(guī)金融融資方式。第二部分為民間金融風險種類及其成因，從經濟發(fā)展和政府政策等方面探究民間金融風險的主要類型和產生的原因。第三部分為民間金融風險傳染途徑及其影響，這部分以溫州和鄂爾多斯這兩個比較有代表性的地區(qū)為例，分析兩地民間借貸狀況，歸納總結民間金融風險對兩地實體經濟的影響，并關注風險發(fā)生后政府采取的相關措施。最后，本文從風險防范方面針對民間金融風險提出相應的對策建議。

Supervision of the folk finance risk
[Abstract]Folk finance,as a form of informal finance,has been activity underground for a long time.In fact,folk financial activities have become increasingly active in our country,especially played an important supporting role for the development of SMEs(small and medium-size enterprise).However,due to the characteristics of concealment, spontaneity,diversity,it is also prone to huge risk during its development process.The events about cracks on the capital supply chain since 2011,not only had a huge risk in folk financial markets,but also caused some impact on the overall economic environment
In this paper the author divides the article into four parts.The first part is an overview of folk finance theory and the introduction of folk finance including it’s classification,feature and other characteristics. By listing the pros and cons of the development of folk finance,we can have a more complete understanding of the financial financing to treat it dialectically.The second part is the kind of folk financial risks and their causes,exploring the main types and causes of folk financial risk in terms of economic development and government policies.The third part is about the route of infection of the folk finance and its impact.This part take Wenzhou and Ordos both more representative of the region as an example,which is famous for their private lending conditions,summarizing the impact of financial risk to the private real economy and concerns related measures taken by the government after the risks.Finally,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on risk prevention for folk financial risk
