摘要:我們?nèi)粘I钪械拇蠖鄶?shù)塑料產(chǎn)品是采用注塑模成型,隨著社會的發(fā)展,產(chǎn)品更新?lián)Q代的周期在不斷縮小。所以,在保證產(chǎn)品的功能性、可靠性與可觀性外,更重要的是要縮短產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計周期,提高設(shè)計效率。這就要求有先進的設(shè)計思路與方法以及現(xiàn)代化的設(shè)計工具。連接座注塑模的設(shè)計是對設(shè)計者的一次設(shè)計工作的綜合檢驗,本文根據(jù)設(shè)計任務(wù)書對塑件進行了結(jié)構(gòu)和工藝分析,在滿足產(chǎn)品功能要求的情況下選擇了通用性材料ABS以減小設(shè)計成本;模具成型部分采用嵌入式處理方式以方便加工。連接座為大批量生產(chǎn),所以模具采用一模一腔的結(jié)構(gòu)。分析塑件結(jié)構(gòu),模具采用單分型面結(jié)構(gòu),輪輻式澆口,將型芯分為兩部分,這樣便于加工,分別為大型芯與小型芯。連接座注塑模設(shè)計借助計算機輔助設(shè)計軟件Pro/E對產(chǎn)品進行三維造型以及模具結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計,大大提高了模具的設(shè)計效率,然后將三維實體轉(zhuǎn)換為平面圖。通過此次設(shè)計,較為詳細的、系統(tǒng)性的梳理了一次模具設(shè)計的流程,進一步有了清晰的設(shè)計思路。

Abstract: Most of our daily lives is the use of plastic injection molding, with the development of society, the product replacement cycle shrinking. Therefore, to ensure product functionality, reliability and observability, but more important to shorten the product design cycle and improve design efficiency. This requires advanced design ideas and methods as well as modern design tools. Connecting seat injection mold design is the design of a comprehensive examination of the designer, the paper according to the design plan of the plastic structure and process analysis carried out at the product features to meet the requirements of the case have chosen to reduce the versatility of the material ABS design costs; mold forming part of the embedded approach to facilitate processing. Connecting block for mass production, so the structure of a mold using a mold cavity. Analysis of the structure of plastic parts, mold parting surface structure with a single, spoke gate, the core is divided into two parts, so ease of processing, respectively, for large core and small core. Connecting seat injection mold design using computer-aided design software, Pro / E, and the product of three-dimensional modeling mold structure design, greatly improve the design efficiency of the mold, and then converted to a three-dimensional solid plan. With this design, more detailed, systematic combing a mold design process, and further have a clear design ideas.
