摘要 選址在醫(yī)藥零售業(yè)中起著非常重要的作用，正確的位置是門店成功經(jīng)營的關鍵，而不合理選址將導致門店在激烈的市場競爭中被淘汰。此外，選址也將影響門店的客流量及銷售額，這兩個因素也是衡量企業(yè)成功的標準。
在國內(nèi)，藥店的數(shù)量持續(xù)高速增長，單體店數(shù)量逐漸減少，連鎖經(jīng)營已成為藥店擴張的主要方式。但許多連鎖藥店盲目擴張，沒有做好深入的市場調(diào)查，大多數(shù)情況下僅憑借自己的想法定論，最后將會導致失敗。因此，可以說正確選址是企業(yè)成功最重要的條件。
本文首先通過論述選址的重要性、相關的影響因素和選址的方法，并結合我國連鎖經(jīng)營的現(xiàn)狀，分析連鎖藥店選址的特點，提出藥店連鎖經(jīng)營的必要性。再以海南?？谀尺B鎖藥店的新店選址為例，提出兩個可選方案，從地理位置、交通條件 、人口概況、競爭環(huán)境、成本和發(fā)展前景幾個方面進行對比，選出較優(yōu)的位置。為該地區(qū)的藥店選址提供一定的指導意義，警醒零售商重視藥店的選址，以提高藥店在市場上的競爭力。

Abstract Site selection plays a very important role in medicine retail industry, good location is the key to success, but irrational site selection will cause the store be knocked out in fierce market competition. In addition, site selection will affect the passenger flow and sales directly, and these two factors is also a measure of the success of the enterprise.
In china, the number of drug store continued to grow rapidly, while the single stores’ are dwindling, and chain operation has become the main way of store expansion. But many chain drug stores expansion blindly, without the further market research, only by virtue of their own ideas in most cases, and lead to failure eventually. Therefore, correct site selection is the most important condition for business success.
This paper firstly discusses the importance of the location, the relevant factors and site selection’s method, and combined with the present situation of chain business in China, analysis the characteristics of chain drugstore’s site selection, puts forward the necessity of drugstore’s chain business. Secondly, in order to choosing a new site for a drug store in HaiKou, presents two alternative scheme, compared from several aspects, like geographical location, traffic conditions, population situation, competition environment, cost ,development prospect and unified distribution, then choose the great one. It can provides some guidance for drug stores’ s site selection in this area, alert retailers pay more attention to site selection, and it will improve their ability to compete in the marketplace.
