摘 要
由于我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展，科學(xué)技術(shù)水平不斷提高，日常生產(chǎn)生活中出現(xiàn)的化學(xué)品也越來越多，國家對(duì)危化品管理的重視程度也逐年加大。但是各種新的化學(xué)品被不斷開發(fā)和應(yīng)用，生產(chǎn)工藝的落后和管理方面存在的不足，導(dǎo)致危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品潛在的健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素大量出現(xiàn)，其造成的職業(yè)健康危害也越來越受到關(guān)注。我國健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估起步較晚，尚未真正開展完整的化學(xué)品健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估，風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估在化學(xué)品管理上的運(yùn)用還處于摸索階段。本文運(yùn)用健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估理論，人體暴露在?；分袑?duì)人體健康潛在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的關(guān)系，探討?；方】碉L(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估方法體系，構(gòu)建?；繁┞陡拍钅Ｐ?，計(jì)算了人體健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)指數(shù)，確定?；废鄳?yīng)的管理方式。確保把?；穾淼慕】碉L(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制在人體可接受范圍之內(nèi)，保證人體健康安全。

ABSTRACT

Due to the rapid development of our economy, science and technology level unceasing enhancement, chemicals went out into the daily production and life is also more and more, the state for management emphasis is also increasing year by year. But all kinds of new chemicals are continuous development and application, the backward production technology and management of dangerous chemical potential health risk factors, the cause of occupational health hazards is becoming more and more attention. Health risk assessment in our country started late, has not been true in complete chemical health risk assessment, risk assessment in the use of chemicals management is still in the exploratory stage. In this paper, on the basis of the theory of health risk assessment, human exposure to for the relationship between the potential risk to human health, explore the method for health risk assessment system, and build a conceptual model for exposure, calculated the human health risk index, determined for the corresponding management methods. Ensure that for the health risks of control in the human body within an acceptable range, guarantee human health and safety.
