摘要
人類在從事工作、學(xué)習(xí)、勞動(dòng)以及各種社會(huì)活動(dòng)中，不可避免地會(huì)發(fā)生各種意外的人身傷亡事故。在進(jìn)行事故調(diào)查時(shí)，如果沒(méi)有一個(gè)完整的調(diào)查過(guò)程，對(duì)于事故與事故相關(guān)損失的處理，就會(huì)沒(méi)有一個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。有針對(duì)性地調(diào)查事故發(fā)生的原因，對(duì)于今后防止事故的發(fā)生起著至關(guān)重要的作用。
本文從課題的研究背景及現(xiàn)狀出發(fā)，提出了本文的研究?jī)?nèi)容和研究的技術(shù)路線，在此基礎(chǔ)上，分析了我國(guó)當(dāng)前嚴(yán)峻的安全生產(chǎn)形勢(shì)，其次分析了我國(guó)安全生產(chǎn)調(diào)查處理機(jī)制以及國(guó)外先進(jìn)的調(diào)查處理機(jī)制。根據(jù)影響安全生產(chǎn)事故的各種因素，提出了安全生產(chǎn)事故調(diào)查處理對(duì)不同場(chǎng)所環(huán)境的具體要求，同時(shí)羅列了調(diào)查處理的基本流程步驟，以及著名的HZAOP方法，通過(guò)事例更好地理解該方法于實(shí)際生活中的應(yīng)用。
論文最后根據(jù)綜合的安全生產(chǎn)事故調(diào)查處理實(shí)例，著重分析了某公司安全生產(chǎn)事故的調(diào)查處理過(guò)程，用實(shí)例對(duì)企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)事故調(diào)查處理的過(guò)程步驟，以及事故責(zé)任機(jī)制作出了全面客觀的分析。同時(shí)，在結(jié)尾處也對(duì)這次的課題研究不足之處作出了陳述。

Abstract
People engaged in work， study，work and all kinds of social activities，will inevitably occur all kinds of unexpected casualty.In the accident investigation，if not a complete investigation process，deal with accidents and accident related losses，will do not have a standard. For investigating the cause of the accident to，plays a crucial role in preventing accidents happen in the future.
This paper from the research background and status of the project，puts forward the technical route of this paper's research content and research，on this basis，analyzed the safety production situation in China is the current grim，followed by an analysis of China's safety production investigation processing mechanism and the foreign advanced investigation mechanism.According to the influence of various factors of production safety accidents，the safety in production accident investigation and treatment specific requirements for the different environment，and the famous HZAOP method，through application examples to better understand the method in real life
Finally，according to the safety production accident comprehensive investigation processing example，focuses on the analysis of the investigation process，production safety accident investigation and handling of accidents，process safety production enterprise for example，accident responsibility mechanism and made a comprehensive and objective analysis.At the same time，in the end is also proposed to expect the investigation and handling of production safety accidents in China.
