摘 要
為了貫徹國家對(duì)企業(yè)創(chuàng)建安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的總體要求，某重工有限公司根據(jù)自身特點(diǎn)，依據(jù)《企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化基本規(guī)范》（AQ/T9006—2010）進(jìn)行安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化體系建設(shè)。
在公司現(xiàn)有安全管理的基礎(chǔ)上，建立安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理體系。體系按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化規(guī)范13個(gè)A級(jí)要素展開，涵蓋42個(gè)B級(jí)要素。體系建設(shè)準(zhǔn)備階段，充分了解企業(yè)的基本情況如組織框架結(jié)構(gòu)、安全管理現(xiàn)狀、工藝過程、設(shè)備設(shè)施等情況；體系建設(shè)策劃階段，根據(jù)《冶金等工貿(mào)企業(yè)安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化評(píng)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》編制體系創(chuàng)建計(jì)劃和方案，組織成立安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組，根據(jù)各部門的職能將任務(wù)逐級(jí)分解到各部門、車間、班組、員工.并確保人員物資財(cái)力等的供應(yīng)；體系建設(shè)階段，按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求整理出評(píng)審要素大綱以及公司應(yīng)完善的安全生產(chǎn)管理制度、安全生產(chǎn)責(zé)任制、安全生產(chǎn)操作規(guī)程、各項(xiàng)運(yùn)行記錄等安全管理基礎(chǔ)臺(tái)賬，在公司安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組的帶領(lǐng)下建立安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理體系。

ABSTRACT
