摘要 激光珩磨技術(shù)是一種新型的表面微觀造型技術(shù),特別適用于發(fā)動機(jī)汽缸內(nèi)表面的加工處理。
對發(fā)動機(jī)汽缸內(nèi)表面進(jìn)行激光珩磨處理的主要目的是:提高汽缸內(nèi)壁的硬度和耐磨性,并改善汽缸和活塞之間的潤滑效果,從而達(dá)到減磨延壽、提高密封性、降低油耗量、減少顆粒排放的效果。我國汽車產(chǎn)量不斷增加,汽車包括其他機(jī)動車輛的尾氣污染問題也越來越嚴(yán)重。因此,研制發(fā)動機(jī)汽缸孔激光珩磨專用機(jī)床,對汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)和環(huán)保事業(yè)極為有利。
本文根據(jù)激光珩磨設(shè)備的功能需求定位和激光珩磨的工藝特點(diǎn),首先進(jìn)行了設(shè)備的系
統(tǒng)設(shè)計。所設(shè)計的系統(tǒng)由激光器、工作臺部分、用于控制激光器和工作臺的控制部分和輔助裝置等四部分組成。

ABSTRACT Laser honing technology is a new type of surface micro-texturing technology,specially suitable for processing the surface of engine cylinder.
The main purpose of processing the surface of engine cylinder is to improve the hardness and wear resistance of cylinder wall and improve the lubrication between the cylinder and the piston,so as to reduce wear,extend operating life,improve sealing,reduce fuel consumption and particulate emissions.The car production in our country continue to increase,pollution problems of car,including other motor vehicles,are more serious.Therefore,development of laser honing machine which is used to process engine cylinder,is very favorable to automobile industry and environmental protection.
In this thesis,on the basis of functional requirements of laser honing equipment and technical characteristics of laser honing,the system design of equipment is performed.The designed system is composed of laser source system,worktable,control system and accessorial devices.
