摘要:大學生是未來企業(yè)乃至整個社會的主力軍,如在學生時代便對其自身的職業(yè)生涯有合理的規(guī)劃,那么對其之后的職業(yè)道路會有很大的幫助。然而不同的人具有不同的性格,只有性格與其職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃相匹配,其未來的職業(yè)生涯才會更加明確、順暢。反之,則會對阻礙其職業(yè)發(fā)展。本文以“淺析大學生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃與性格相關(guān)性——以江蘇大學為例”為題,選用內(nèi)傾—外傾、感性—和理性兩個維度來劃分性格類型,采用5D性格模型,將性格劃分為五種類型。并且針對江蘇大學學生的特點,采取調(diào)查問卷的形式,調(diào)查江蘇大學生學生性格類型以及其性格與職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的相關(guān)性,根據(jù)不同性格的特點以及調(diào)查結(jié)果,對不同性格的大學生的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃提出合理化建議。

Study on the Relationship between Undergraduate’s Occupation Career Planning and Personality -- Taking Jiangsu University as an Example
Abstract At present, college students have became the main force of the enterprise and the entire society in the future. In the age of the student, their occupation career planning is reasonable, which will be of a great help for their occupation road in the future. However, different people have different personality.Only personality and occupation career planning matching, the future occupation career will be more clear. Otherwise, it will stop the occupation development. In this paper, the title is "Study on the Relationship between Undergraduate’s Occupation Career Planning and Personality -- Taking Jiangsu University as an Example". Author selected the introversion - extroversion and emotional thinking- rational thinking as two dimensions and divided the characteristics to 5 types. According to the characteristics of students in Jiangsu University, author used the questionnaire to investigate correlation of students’ character and occupation career planning, and according to 5 kinds of typical characters and the result of the questionnaire, put forward reasonable suggestions to different character of college student on occupation career planning.
