隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,現(xiàn)代企業(yè)面臨著諸多挑戰(zhàn),人力資源作為一種重要資源越來(lái)越被企業(yè)所重視,培訓(xùn)作為人力資源管理開(kāi)發(fā)的一個(gè)重要方法,逐漸被越來(lái)越多的企業(yè)所重視,并運(yùn)用到企業(yè)日常的管理運(yùn)營(yíng)中,加強(qiáng)員工培訓(xùn)是提高技術(shù)水平,維是企業(yè)健康發(fā)展所必須重視的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。相對(duì)于企業(yè)而言,企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)核心是人才的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),人力資源的開(kāi)發(fā)戰(zhàn)略和管理離不開(kāi)企業(yè)培訓(xùn)體系建立起一個(gè)合理科學(xué)的培訓(xùn)體系,在建立一個(gè)良好的培訓(xùn)需求體系基礎(chǔ)上,使員工能夠得到更好發(fā)展,從而提高企業(yè)人才實(shí)力,培訓(xùn)則是提高企業(yè)員工素質(zhì)必不可少的一環(huán), 企業(yè)是否重視員工培訓(xùn)可以預(yù)測(cè)其未來(lái)具有的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)潛力。
本文針對(duì)所在實(shí)習(xí)的貴州樂(lè)意開(kāi)發(fā)公司的培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀和相關(guān)情況,從有關(guān)員工培訓(xùn)的理論出發(fā),從企業(yè)員工培訓(xùn)的界定入手,在文獻(xiàn)研究和實(shí)地調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)對(duì)調(diào)查結(jié)果的研究和分析,指出了該公司員工培訓(xùn)存在的問(wèn)題并提出相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)措施,期望可以制作合理科學(xué)的培訓(xùn)方案,加強(qiáng)員工培訓(xùn)的有效性,提升員工的整體綜合素質(zhì),從而為公司帶來(lái)更高的收益,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。

Abstract
In recent years, with the rapid development of economy, the modern enterprise is facing many challenges,Human resources as in the past no longer seen as a kind of cost, and as an important resource becomes more and more important for the enterprise,Training as an important method to develop and manage human resources have been used more and more enterprises, strengthen staff training is to improve the horizontal acquisition technology to maintain the healthy development of the modern enterprise must pay attention to the key link.For the enterprise, enterprise's competition is talented person's competition in the final analysis, human resource development strategy and management cannot leave the establishment of training system,Establish a good system of training needs, can make the enterprise and staff to better development. Training is indispensable in improving enterprise staff qualities,Whether an enterprise attaches great importance to staff training can predict its future competition potential.
In practice, the author of this paper present situation of the development of GuiZhou is willing to company's training and related situation, from the relevant theories of staff training, and, from the perspective of the definition of enterprise staff training,On the basis of literature research and field research, through the study of the results of the survey and analysis,Points out the problems existing in the company staff training and put forward the corresponding improvement measures, hope can make reasonable scientific training plan, strengthen the effectiveness of employee training.
