摘 要
社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展離不開能源的消耗，但是在過(guò)去的幾十年里，全世界的能源消耗量不斷的增加導(dǎo)致傳統(tǒng)能源不斷的減少，所以發(fā)展新能源迫在眉睫,尤其是發(fā)展太陽(yáng)能發(fā)電項(xiàng)目。在我國(guó)又有豐富的太陽(yáng)能資源，利用太陽(yáng)能發(fā)電的前景廣闊。我國(guó)政府也十分重視太陽(yáng)能發(fā)電項(xiàng)目的發(fā)展。但是在我國(guó)太陽(yáng)能發(fā)電項(xiàng)目的發(fā)展過(guò)程中，由于其投資規(guī)模大，使用的技術(shù)含量高，資金回收期長(zhǎng)等特點(diǎn)，僅僅依靠銀行貸款、政府投資等傳統(tǒng)融資模式已經(jīng)無(wú)法適應(yīng)太陽(yáng)能發(fā)電項(xiàng)目的發(fā)展了，我們還需要一種新的融資手段—項(xiàng)目融資。
項(xiàng)目融資是一種較為靈活的融資方式，能夠有效解決資金需求問題，有效降低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，能夠吸引廣大的投資者。項(xiàng)目融資興起于上世紀(jì)60年代，迅速發(fā)展在國(guó)際資本市場(chǎng)，并經(jīng)過(guò)各國(guó)的不斷發(fā)展并積累了一定經(jīng)驗(yàn)，對(duì)我國(guó)太陽(yáng)能項(xiàng)目融資也具有一定的借鑒意義。但是項(xiàng)目融資有很多種模式，選擇合理正確的融資模式來(lái)建設(shè)太陽(yáng)能發(fā)電項(xiàng)目至關(guān)重要。
本文主要是從研究項(xiàng)目融資的角度出發(fā)，對(duì)我國(guó)太陽(yáng)能發(fā)電項(xiàng)目融資模式進(jìn)行深入研究。通過(guò)對(duì)不同項(xiàng)目融資模式的分析，并結(jié)合太陽(yáng)能發(fā)電項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn)，引入適合太陽(yáng)能發(fā)電項(xiàng)目發(fā)展的較優(yōu)的項(xiàng)目融資模式和保障這些項(xiàng)目融資模式正常運(yùn)行的一些措施。

Abstract
The development of social economy depends on the energy consumption. However, In the past few decades, the increase of energy consumption from all over the world have led to a drop in traditional energy constantly. So it is necessary to develop the new energy, especially solar energy. Our country is rich in solar energy resources and it is very necessary to develop the solar energy in the future. Our government also attaches great importance to the development of solar energy projects. But in the process of the development of solar power projects in China, due to its large investment scale, high technical content, long payback period and so on, just relying on bank loans, the government investment and the traditional financing model has been unable to adapt to the development of solar power projects, we also need a new financing-project financing. Project financing is a more flexible way of financing, can effectively solve the problem of funding needs, effectively reduce the risk, to appeal to the general investors. Project finance emerged in the 1960 s, the rapid development in the international capital market, and through the continuous development of national and accumulated certain experience, solar energy project financing in China also has a certain reference significance. But there are many kinds of mode of project financing, reasonable choose the right financing model to build solar power projects is very important.
