摘要 隨著人們生活水平的提高，家用吸塵器已經(jīng)逐漸進(jìn)入了千家萬戶，它比以往笤帚、拖把的功能更完善。家用吸塵器是當(dāng)今家電領(lǐng)域一個熱門的研究方向。雖然已有很多產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)生，但它們?nèi)杂泻芏嗟膯栴}需解決：如功能優(yōu)化、情感化設(shè)計(jì)、降低成本等。人們在追求物質(zhì)世界的同時對健康的重視程度已經(jīng)日益提高，新的設(shè)計(jì)方案必須從人性的角度考慮，為人們營造一個健康、干凈的生活環(huán)境。在研究新型吸塵器前,首先對已有吸塵器做了一個全面的了解,在這個基礎(chǔ)上再進(jìn)行新型吸塵器的深入研究。
在研究現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品的基礎(chǔ)上，選用一種新型的除塵方法。本文主要介紹一個新型的靜電吸塵器的設(shè)計(jì)過程，從理論開始到產(chǎn)品成型，遵循機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)一般原理，按流程進(jìn)行，主要是利用UG NX 8.5軟件進(jìn)行建模來實(shí)現(xiàn)。

Abstract: With the improvement of people's living standard, household cleaners have gradually entered thousands of households, it has more perfect function than broom and mop.The study of vacuum cleaner is one of the hottest research directions in the fields of household appliance. Though lots of vacuum cleaner have been appeared, there are still many problems to solve such as Function optimization, emotional design, lower costs, and more.In our quest for our material wealth, the health quality of people is improved greatly.The new design must be considered from the perspective of human nature To create a healthy, clean living environment for the people.In the research of new cleaner, we first give a comprehensive understanding of The existing vacuum cleaner,than we can make a Study of new cleaner on the basis of the old one.
Based on present study, we Selection of a new dust removal method.This paper mainly introduces the design process of a new type of electrostatic dust collector.From the theory to the product ,we follow the The general principle of mechanical design,According to the process,Using UG NX 8.5 software modeling.
