摘要 我國光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展須突破核心技術(shù)瓶頸制約，這就需要走多主體參與的遞階式技術(shù)突破之路；其中，構(gòu)建有效的協(xié)同機(jī)制以調(diào)動各參與主體的積極性，將是解決這一問題的關(guān)鍵。針對我國光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展總體情況以及產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈技術(shù)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，基于多主體參與遞階式技術(shù)突破模式，立足協(xié)同機(jī)制構(gòu)建問題，分析了光伏企業(yè)、地方政府和學(xué)研機(jī)構(gòu)在光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)突破中的競合關(guān)系，構(gòu)建演化博弈模型；在模型求解的基礎(chǔ)上，根據(jù)不同典型情形分析演化穩(wěn)定策略的走向和收斂趨勢。研究結(jié)果表明，地方政府和光伏企業(yè)的是否合作，很大程度上取決于上級政府激勵模式、地方政府政績評估方式及光伏企業(yè)的技術(shù)突破成本，而上級政府給予地方政府的直接激勵......


Abstract:The development of Chinese photovoltaic industry must break through the bottleneck of core technology which needs to take the road of multi-agent in technological breakthrough with hierarchical ways；among thembuilding an effective collaborative mechanism to mobilize the enthusiasm of all participants will be the key to solving this problem. The situation of photovoltaic industry’s development in our country and current situation of the technology on industrial chain based on multi-agent in technological breakthrough with hierarchical ways and the problems of cooperative mechanism this paper analyses the co-opetition relationships of photovoltaic enterprises local governments and researching institutions in the photovoltaic industry technological breakthrough constructing the evolutionary game models;on the basis of the model according to the different typical case analysis of evolutionary stable strategy and the direction of the trend of convergence.The research results show that whether the local government cooperate
