【摘要】 盡管白嘉軒身上閃耀著無窮的人格魅力，盡管他作為封建社會的棟梁和柱石，他還是無法逃脫走向沒落這一歷史命運。他的悲劇性就在于，作為一個封建性人物，雖然到了反封建的歷史時代，他身上許多東西仍呈現(xiàn)出充分的精神價值，而這些有價值的東西卻要為時代所革除，這就使其人格顯出濃厚的悲劇性。

Tragic Personality : the talking of Bai JiaXuan’s Character

Abstract： Bai JiaXuan, as the feudal society’s pillar and beam and post, his endless personality lure is shining on himself. But he has never run away the historical destiny that is lead to decline. As a feudal person, though it has been the anti-feudal historical era, many personal things of himself has shown ample spiritual values. But these valuable things must be rid of by the era. So it’s the deep tragic significance of his personality where lies.
