[Abstract]：Injecting moulding machine is one of the main equipment in modern manufacturing industry, which is used to shape plastic products. The All-electric IMM (injecting molding machine) is the developing trend of injecting molding industry. This article from the repeatability, the high accuracy, cleanliness, energy saving aspect and so on, compared with All-electric IMM and traditional hydraulic pressure IMM good and bad points. Through to analyse good and bad points of the All-electric IMM technology and the development trend, has pointed out the next direction of All-electric IMM technological development and the research.
摘要：注塑機是現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)品制造業(yè)中主要加工設(shè)備之一，是成型塑料制品的專用設(shè)備。全電動注塑機是注塑機行業(yè)的發(fā)展方向。本文分別從可重復性、高精度、清潔、節(jié)能等方面，比較全電動注塑機與傳統(tǒng)液壓注塑機的優(yōu)缺點。通過對全電動式注塑機技術(shù)優(yōu)缺點和發(fā)展動向的分析，指出了今后全電動注塑機技術(shù)發(fā)展與研發(fā)的方向。
