——公司信息管理規(guī)劃

摘 要

及時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確、可靠、充分的信息是企業(yè)實(shí)行科學(xué)管理和決策的主要依據(jù)。隨著公司的快速發(fā)展，全面實(shí)行計(jì)算機(jī)管理已是勢在必行，建設(shè)公司內(nèi)部的專用網(wǎng)絡(luò)、加快公司內(nèi)部信息的流動(dòng)，成為公司面臨的重要問題。公司既需要分布式管理，更需要集中式控制，實(shí)現(xiàn)各職能部門之間的動(dòng)態(tài)信息交換，使公司內(nèi)的財(cái)務(wù)、銷售、庫存、生產(chǎn)、采購信息得到及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確的傳遞。本文分析了公司現(xiàn)階段的管理特點(diǎn)和建設(shè)信息化管理系統(tǒng)的必要性，提出了公司實(shí)施ERP管理系統(tǒng)的方案。

With the fast development of the automatically controlled company, it is already imperative to implement computer management in an all-round way, build dedicated network , flow of information inside the quickening company inside the company, become the important problem that the automatically controlled company faces. Automatically controlled company need distributed management , is it concentrate type on control to need even more , realize multidate information of every functional department exchange, financial affairs , sale , stock , production that make in the company , purchasing information to get the accurate transmission in time.
