1 概述
三峽工程大壩為混凝土重力壩,最大壩高181m,樞紐工程混凝土澆筑總量達(dá)2800萬(wàn)m3。如此巨大的混凝土工程施工總量,導(dǎo)致了三峽工程混凝土施工澆筑的高強(qiáng)度施工。
1.1 混凝土施工強(qiáng)度
三峽工程混凝土澆筑高峰集中在第二階段工程,其混凝土澆筑總量達(dá)1860萬(wàn)m3。根據(jù)施工進(jìn)展及總進(jìn)度的安排,1998年為118萬(wàn)m3,1999年為458萬(wàn)m3,2000年為548萬(wàn)m3,2001年為403萬(wàn)m3,2002年計(jì)劃完成142萬(wàn)m3。施工高峰時(shí)段主要集中在1999~2001年三年間,其中,以2000年的混凝土澆筑強(qiáng)度為最高,要求年最高澆筑量達(dá)到500萬(wàn)m3,月最高達(dá)到40萬(wàn)m3,日最高達(dá)到2.0萬(wàn)m3以上。
1.2 混凝土施工手段
根據(jù)對(duì)澆筑強(qiáng)度和施工場(chǎng)地分析,采用傳統(tǒng)的門塔機(jī)澆筑施工手段是不能滿足澆筑強(qiáng)度要求的,必須尋找新型高強(qiáng)度的澆筑手段。
另外,大型門塔機(jī)澆筑方案從拌和樓出機(jī)口到澆筑倉(cāng),均采取間歇式給料方式,供料的中轉(zhuǎn)環(huán)節(jié)多,供料效率低下,多座拌和樓與多座門塔機(jī)再與多個(gè)澆筑倉(cāng)之間生產(chǎn)組合錯(cuò)綜復(fù)雜,易于錯(cuò)料,更增加了施工管理的難度......
