摘要
發(fā)展海外煉油業(yè)務(wù)是中國(guó)石油企業(yè)國(guó)際化戰(zhàn)略的重要環(huán)節(jié)之一,隨著中國(guó)石油企業(yè)國(guó)際業(yè)務(wù)的持續(xù)增加,業(yè)務(wù)的覆蓋面越來越多,煉油成為國(guó)內(nèi)石油行業(yè)企業(yè)走國(guó)際化戰(zhàn)略的重要業(yè)務(wù)內(nèi)容,以中石油為代表的中國(guó)石油企業(yè)在海外的煉油業(yè)務(wù)也開展多年。面對(duì)新的國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì),探討研究中國(guó)石油企業(yè)在海外的投資,尤其是煉油企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展前景具有長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的戰(zhàn)略和經(jīng)濟(jì)意義。
本文首先對(duì)我國(guó)海外煉油企業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行客觀的分析評(píng)價(jià),找出現(xiàn)在中國(guó)煉油企業(yè)在國(guó)外進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)的一般方式,然后結(jié)合海外煉化企業(yè)的發(fā)展模式 ,總結(jié)中國(guó)海外煉油企業(yè)在海外投資經(jīng)營(yíng)中遇到的問題,從戰(zhàn)略方面給出相關(guān)的建議。

A Study on Development Strategies of overseas Chinese-funded Oil Refining
Abstract
Development of Overseas Chinese oil companies refining business is an important part of an international strategy, one of China's oil companies with international business continues to grow, more and more coverage of business, industry, oil refining enterprises to become internationally important business strategy content to the oil companies on behalf of the Chinese oil refining business in the overseas have also carried out for many years. Facing the new international economic situation, explore the study of Chinese overseas investment in oil companies, especially oil refining companies operating status and development prospects of long-term strategic and economic significance.
This article first overseas refinery development of our current situation and objective analysis and eva luation, to find out China's oil refiners are now conducting business in foreign countries in general way, and then combines foreign petrochemical enterprises in development mode, summed up China's overseas oil refining companies operating in overseas investment in problems, from the strategy given its recommendations.
