摘要：隨著中國酒店業(yè)的發(fā)展，酒店員工出現(xiàn)流失現(xiàn)象。作為酒店這個特殊行業(yè)，員工的高流失率是十分危險和緊迫的，這會給酒店帶來較為嚴重的經(jīng)濟損失和信譽損失，同時也給社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展帶來較多不良影響。本文通過用作者所學理論和實踐經(jīng)驗進行思考，對酒店員工流失現(xiàn)象從多個角度分析，指出酒店員工流失的特點，流失現(xiàn)象產(chǎn)生的主客觀原因，從而針對問題提出一些防止員工流失的相應對策，對酒店員工流失問題的解決進行了論證。
With China's hotel industry, the loss of the hotel staff appeared.
