摘要:本文首先對液壓系統(tǒng)進行工況分析,通過分析計算,繪制速度、負載循環(huán)圖,初步選定液壓缸工作壓力,并計算加緊液壓缸和工作缸尺寸以及各階段流經液壓缸的流量;其次根據液壓系統(tǒng)供油方式、調速方式、速度換接方式以及加緊回路的選擇擬定液壓系統(tǒng)圖,并且對系統(tǒng)工作狀態(tài)分析;再次通過對流通各元件的的流量的計算,合理選擇液壓系統(tǒng)元件;最后通過對壓力損失和系統(tǒng)升溫的驗算,對液壓系統(tǒng)進行性能分析,達到要求。

Abstract:According to the requirements of the mission statement title, the first condition of the hydraulic system analysis, through analysis and calculation, rendering speed, duty cycle graph, the initial selection of hydraulic cylinders working pressure, and calculated to intensify the work of hydraulic cylinders and cylinder size and flow of the various stages The hydraulic cylinder of the flow; second oil hydraulic system according to mode, speed mode, the speed-for-access approach and the choice of stepping up the development of hydraulic system circuit diagram and working status of the system; once again flow through various components of the flow Calculation , a reasonable choice of hydraulic system components; last through the pressure loss and temperature of the checking system, hydraulic system performance analysis, meet the requirements.
