摘 要
由于我國(guó)社區(qū)矯正還處于剛剛起步階段，因此，在社區(qū)矯正中還有很多不完善的地方。目前，我國(guó)社區(qū)矯正中存在的主要問(wèn)題表現(xiàn)為：社區(qū)群眾、社區(qū)矯正對(duì)象對(duì)社區(qū)矯正不認(rèn)同，社區(qū)群眾對(duì)社區(qū)矯正的參與不夠。我國(guó)現(xiàn)行法律對(duì)于社區(qū)矯正法制化程度不高，目前還沒(méi)有關(guān)于社區(qū)矯正統(tǒng)一的立法。社區(qū)矯正執(zhí)法主體與工作主體分離，矯正手段單一。缺乏嚴(yán)密、完善的工作銜接機(jī)制，使矯正機(jī)關(guān)難以向被矯正對(duì)象實(shí)施有效監(jiān)管與考察。社區(qū)矯正隊(duì)伍的職業(yè)化達(dá)不到要求，專業(yè)化程度不高。

On the main issues of community correction in China
Abstract: Since China's community correction is still in just the initial stage, therefore, in the community there are many imperfections in the correct place. At present, China's community correction in the performance of the major problems: the community, object to the Community Corrections Community Corrections do not agree with, the people of the community's participation in the correction is not enough. China's existing laws for the Community Correction legal level is not high, there is no community correction on the reunification of the legislation. Community Correction and the main work of the main law enforcement separation, a single means of redress. Lack of strict and perfect the mechanism of convergence, so that corrective institutions find it difficult to be correct target and effective supervision over and inspection. Community Correction contingent of professional cannot meet the requirements, not high degree of specialization.
