軟件方面，由軟件自身的不完善(BUG)引起的問題，由病毒感染、病毒的殘留“僵尸”、冰河木馬引起，由系統(tǒng)文件的損壞或丟失引起，由軟件之間的不兼容引起，由緩存設(shè)置不合理引起，由系統(tǒng)資源匱乏引起。
