摘    要

論述了沖壓工藝的性質(zhì)、應(yīng)用,以及我國(guó)沖壓行業(yè)的概況,沖壓發(fā)展的前景,模具行業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì);本設(shè)計(jì)首先從沖壓零件的形狀、尺寸等方面,對(duì)“底腳支架”進(jìn)行了沖壓的可行性分析,以及沖壓零件的經(jīng)濟(jì)性分析。然后對(duì)零件的坯料規(guī)格和坯料的排樣進(jìn)行了計(jì)算。對(duì)“底腳支架”成型工序進(jìn)行了初步的確認(rèn),并且計(jì)算了相應(yīng)工序的工藝參數(shù),通過(guò)計(jì)算每道工序所需要的沖壓力,選擇與之匹配的設(shè)備,制定了相應(yīng)的生產(chǎn)工藝卡;重點(diǎn)計(jì)算了模具工作尺寸,然后根據(jù)模具的尺寸,結(jié)合壓力機(jī)的閉合高度等因素選擇了合適的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件。最后對(duì)脹形凸模進(jìn)行了模具制造工藝的設(shè)計(jì)?!暗啄_支架”的設(shè)計(jì)中涉及到下料、預(yù)脹形、整形、切邊、沖孔、翻邊等六種不同性質(zhì)的工藝。共設(shè)計(jì)了兩套模具,該設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)可行經(jīng)濟(jì)合理,安全可靠,基本可用于生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐。

ABSTRACT

This current design not only states the character and application of stamping craft, introduces the general situation of craft in China but also depicts the future development of stamping craft and tendency of mould industry. The current design, first ,analyzes stamping feasibility of the foot bracket from aspects of hardware,such as :figure, dementsion; As well as stamping Parts efficient analysis and Blank parts of the specifications and the blank layout were calculated. Second ,makes a preliminary confirmation about shaping procedure of the foot bracket and calculates parameters of related procedures. On the basis of calculation of the stamping strength in every procedure ,the current design chooses matched equipments,constitutes the proper scheme and draws related process card . In the process of the design ,it is dimension of mould that is mainly calculated. At last ,Drawing in the beading punch of Die Manufacturing Process Design. The design of the foot bracket involves six working procedures: There are two sets of moulds designed in this current design,which are technically feasible ,economically reasonable ,and safely credible. Therefore ,the current design an be basically put into practice.
