20kg鋁錠鑄機(jī)傳動(dòng)及輸送系統(tǒng)改造設(shè)計(jì)

摘　　要

鋁作為一種重要的金屬材料，被廣泛應(yīng)用于航空航天，集裝箱，地鐵等各種工業(yè)領(lǐng)域。改進(jìn)鋁錠的質(zhì)量，生產(chǎn)出優(yōu)質(zhì)鋁材，從而服務(wù)于我國(guó)的現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)，是鋁工業(yè)的任務(wù)之一?，F(xiàn)有的鋁錠鑄機(jī)的傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)尤其是輸送系統(tǒng)的不平穩(wěn)性，導(dǎo)致了鋁錠表面形成波紋，造成表面質(zhì)量的不足。本設(shè)計(jì)就是要通過(guò)對(duì)鋁錠連續(xù)鑄造機(jī)組進(jìn)行局部改進(jìn)，從而達(dá)到提高鋁錠表面質(zhì)量的目的。如果能夠?qū)㈣T機(jī)輸送鏈的運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)性極大的提高，那么鋁錠的外觀質(zhì)量就可以得到改善。設(shè)計(jì)思路是通過(guò)對(duì)輸送鏈運(yùn)行不平穩(wěn)性成因的探究而想出改進(jìn)其平穩(wěn)性的的眾多方案。然后通過(guò)綜合比較（包括經(jīng)濟(jì)角度，現(xiàn)實(shí)角度以及技術(shù)層面的比較），從中選出較理想的方案——采用鏈傳動(dòng)對(duì)輸送鏈進(jìn)行補(bǔ)償。該方案主要就改進(jìn)鏈傳動(dòng)和輸送鏈的尺寸參數(shù)展開，同時(shí)對(duì)鏈傳動(dòng)的鏈條以及大小鏈輪進(jìn)行逐一設(shè)計(jì)，并計(jì)算出輸送鏈的相關(guān)尺寸。最后得到改進(jìn)后的輸送鏈以及傳動(dòng)鏈的尺寸參數(shù)。

Abstract

The aluminum is a kind of important metal material, is been widely used in a variety of industrial fields, for example in the aerospace, containers producing, MTR. and so on. Improving the quantity of the aluminum tablet, and producing enough high-quality aluminum material, to be serve for the modernization  construction of our country, is one of tasks of the aluminum industry. The transmission system of aluminum table casting machine particular it’s transport system can’t move steadily that lead to that  on the surface of the aluminum table ripples forms and result in the shortage of the surface quantity. The design is to attain the purpose of improve the quantity of aluminum tables by improving some part of machine to cast aluminum table continuously. If we can raise the movement steady of the transport train of the casting machine greatly, the external appearance quantity of the aluminum tablet will be improved. The design idea is to figure out numerous project of improving chain’s movement steady by researching the reason why the chain can’t circulate steadily. Then I adopt comprehensive comparison (including economic perspective , the more realistic perspective and the technical level) to select the preferred project ---adopting transmission chain spreads to move to carry on the repair towards the transport chain. This project is mainly carried out by improving the size parameter of transmission chain and transport chain, at the same time design the transmission chain and compute related size of the transport chain. Obain the feater size parameter of transmission chain and transport chain finally after getting an improvement.
