摘 要
注塑成型是現(xiàn)代塑料工藝中一種重要的加工方法。塑料保險(xiǎn)杠具有強(qiáng)度、剛性和裝飾性,從安全上看,汽車發(fā)生碰撞事故時(shí)能起到緩沖作用,保護(hù)前后車體;從外觀上看,可以很自然的與車體結(jié)合在一塊,渾然成一體,具有很好的裝飾性,是裝飾轎車外型的重要部件。
本文主要就CD132汽車后保險(xiǎn)杠注塑模的總設(shè)計(jì)方案進(jìn)行了分析和確定。在進(jìn)行注塑工藝方案選擇時(shí),運(yùn)用MOLDFLOW軟件對(duì)零件成型過程進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬仿真,并根據(jù)分析結(jié)果優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方案,已達(dá)到減少缺陷、提高成型質(zhì)量的目的。在進(jìn)行注塑模具設(shè)計(jì)時(shí),對(duì)模具結(jié)構(gòu), 包括澆注系統(tǒng)、成型零件和導(dǎo)向裝置等的設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了介紹,并利用UG軟件對(duì)模具結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行三維實(shí)體造型。

ABSTRACT
Injection molding is a kind of important plastic processing methods in modern plastic forming process. The plastic bumper is the safe installation of outside to absorb and mitigation power and the protection around department of auto body. And it also has a good decorate meaning, which to decorate the car's important part of the outside type.
The overall design and resin for the injection mold for the rear bumper of mendeo CD132 car were analyzed and determined in this paper. During the selection of injection process, a flow chart of optimization of gate design by using MoldFlow software is introduced resulted in reasonable gate number and location of the rear bumper by using it. The designs of the injection mold, including the designs of molding part, guide and mold temperature control were also described in the paper. The injection mould of bumper is accurated by the UG software.
