RFID在汽車整車廠入廠物流管理和配送中的應(yīng)用需求分析及應(yīng)用模式研究（本科畢業(yè)論文設(shè)計(jì)）
摘 要

射頻識(shí)別(Radio Frequency Identification， RFID)技術(shù)是自動(dòng)識(shí)別技術(shù)的一種高級(jí)形式，具有獨(dú)特的技術(shù)優(yōu)勢(shì)。在傳統(tǒng)條碼識(shí)別技術(shù)不能滿足現(xiàn)在物流高效、快捷、信息化的優(yōu)化要求的情況下，射頻識(shí)別日益成為物流行業(yè)焦點(diǎn)，并在物流和供應(yīng)鏈管理中得到空前應(yīng)用，效果日益彰顯，成為物流和供應(yīng)鏈管理發(fā)展的巨大推動(dòng)力。本文選擇RFID 作為研究對(duì)象，目的在于通過研究RFID 技術(shù)原理、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及其在國內(nèi)外的應(yīng)用與發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，借鑒其在港口物資運(yùn)輸、軍事物資配送中的應(yīng)用，探討RFID在我國汽車整車廠物流配送管理中的應(yīng)用。
本文首先簡介了RFID技術(shù)在國內(nèi)外的發(fā)展及現(xiàn)狀，進(jìn)而對(duì)RFID技術(shù)的基本原理、系統(tǒng)組成、RFID標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和特性進(jìn)行了概述；接著詳細(xì)敘述了RFID在物流業(yè)中的典型應(yīng)用；之后又針對(duì)某汽車廠整車廠入廠物流和零部件配送中心及管理信息系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)采集現(xiàn)狀，提出其中存在的問題。 最后，針對(duì)原材料管理、倉儲(chǔ)管理的現(xiàn)狀，提出了一種基于RFID技術(shù)的零部件入廠物流及其在配送中心的應(yīng)用模式，同時(shí)簡要介紹了RFID系統(tǒng)在庫存管理中的應(yīng)用模式。

ABSTRACT

RFID (Radio Frequency Identification， RFID) technology is the automatic recognition of a higher form of technology， a unique technological superiority. In traditional bar code recognition technology can not meet the logistics are efficient， fast， the optimization of the information requirements of the circumstances， the RFID industry has increasingly become the focus of logistics， and logistics and supply chain management in an unprecedented application， highlight the growing effect， into a logistics and Supply Chain Management tremendous impetus to the development of. In this paper， as the choice of RFID research， the aim of RFID technology through research principles and standards in the application and development of domestic and international status and draw their material in the port transport， delivery of military supplies in the application of RFID in The application ofChina's automotive vehicle plant logistics and distribution management .
This paper first briefed on RFID technology in the development and the status quo at home and abroad as well as on the RFID technology to the basic principles of composition and classification systems， RFID standards and characteristics were outlined， and then described in detail RFID in the logistics industry in the typical application after Vehicle against a car factory and factory to factory parts distribution and logistics management information system data acquisition status quo， which made the existing problems. Finally， raw materials management， warehousing management of the status quo， a RFID-based technology components into the plant logistics and distribution programmes， while briefly introduced RFID inventory management system in the application of models.
