摘 要

鞋楦是制鞋的基礎(chǔ)和重要模具。我國是當今世界的制鞋大國,但制楦技術(shù)的落后嚴重制約了我國制鞋業(yè)的發(fā)展和技術(shù)的進步。隨著人們生活水平的提高,追求個性化已經(jīng)成為一種時尚,一種生活需求,穿著時尚且個性化的鞋已成為人們生活的一項重要內(nèi)容。所以,開發(fā)數(shù)控刻楦機就是為了適應(yīng)品種多、周期短的現(xiàn)代鞋楦生產(chǎn)的需要。
本文首先闡述了鞋楦制造的國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀,以了解國外的先進技術(shù)和發(fā)展趨勢,以及我國在這一領(lǐng)域存在的差距。接著又闡述了數(shù)控刻楦機的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,為研制數(shù)控刻楦機的機械系統(tǒng)作出指引。數(shù)控刻楦機綜合應(yīng)用了計算機技術(shù)、自動控制技術(shù)、精密測量技術(shù)和機床結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計技術(shù)等方面的最新成就的高效自動化精密機床;它是鞋楦CAD/CAM系統(tǒng)的最終輸出設(shè)備,是鞋楦CAD/CAM系統(tǒng)中最關(guān)鍵的一環(huán)。
