摘 要
歷經(jīng)百年的軋鋼工業(yè)和技術(shù)發(fā)展,在進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)時,正因為得到高新技術(shù)的改造而繼續(xù)發(fā)展。以機(jī)架為特征的連續(xù)變化軋鋼技術(shù),在可預(yù)見的未來仍將是鋼鐵業(yè)鋼材成型的支柱技術(shù),地位不會動搖,機(jī)架技術(shù)的本質(zhì)不會改變。鋼的性能潛力將通過工藝過程控制優(yōu)化而得到充分發(fā)揮。高新技術(shù)的應(yīng)用將成為必然的發(fā)展途徑。競爭的要求和技術(shù)的發(fā)展,必然會使軋鋼工業(yè)實現(xiàn)高速度,快節(jié)奏的技術(shù)開發(fā)和成果轉(zhuǎn)化。21世紀(jì)對軋鋼工業(yè)和技術(shù)將是光明的,高新技術(shù)的注入將改變軋鋼工業(yè)和技術(shù)的面貌。
本文對軋鋼機(jī),軋鋼生產(chǎn),冷軋熱帶剛和型鋼的發(fā)展概況,六輥軋機(jī)的種類和各自的特點,軋輥以及機(jī)架等的相關(guān)知識等做了簡單的介紹。重點根據(jù)六輥冷軋機(jī)的工作情況對其機(jī)架進(jìn)行材料、類型和各參數(shù)的初步設(shè)定,并根據(jù)材料力學(xué)的方法,作一系列假定來簡化模型,降低靜不定階數(shù)。再根據(jù)經(jīng)驗公式對尺寸進(jìn)行了強(qiáng)度剛度的校核,變形范圍的計算,驗證了設(shè)計的正確性。在此基礎(chǔ)上使用AUTOCAD進(jìn)行機(jī)架裝配圖、輥系裝配圖和操作牌坊圖的繪制。

ABSTRACT
In the 21st century, steel rolling industrial and technological have continued to develop because of the high-tech transformation. To stand for the continuous changes in rolling technology, in the future, the machine rack technology will continue to be the backbone of technology in the steel industry. The status of this technology will not be shaken and also the essence of the machine rack technology will not be changed. The performance of steel will be brought into full play through the process of optimization of control. Application of new technology will become an inevitable approach to development. Because of the competition requirements and technical development, the steel rolling industry will enable to develop by high-speed. The 21st century is the golden development period for the rolling industry. With the injection of high-technology, steel rolling industry and technology will be able to change the status quo.
In this paper, the author brief introduction about rolling mill, the production of rolling mill, tropical and cold-rolled steel just the state of development, 6-high mill of the type and every characteristic and so on. This paper according to the work condition of the six roll cold rolling mill to select the rack’s material and type. This paper also according to material mechanics and the theory to take a series of assumptions order to simplify the model to reduce static indefinite. After that this paper to check the size of the strength and the stiffness by the empirical formula. In the end, this paper verify the correctness of the design and base on this design, the author use the AUTOCAD software to protract the assembly map of the machine rack, the assembly map of roll.
