鑄造是一個(gè)物能資源消耗相當(dāng)大的行業(yè),當(dāng)然物能資源消耗大就意味著要產(chǎn)生大量的污染物,包括廢氣、廢水和廢渣。能耗和環(huán)境污染程度是與我們的鑄件結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)密切相關(guān)的,在很大程度上就由結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)階段決定。但是在傳統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)中,其目標(biāo)僅限于低成本、短周期、高效率,很少考慮到能耗和環(huán)境因數(shù),這樣就導(dǎo)致環(huán)境和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展不協(xié)調(diào),還有一個(gè)問題就是在傳統(tǒng)串行設(shè)計(jì)中,結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和工藝設(shè)計(jì)脫節(jié),不利于優(yōu)化鑄件設(shè)計(jì)。
為了解決以上問題,查閱了大量書籍,分析了傳統(tǒng)鑄件結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的不足,提出了面向綠色制造的鑄件結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方式,并對(duì)這種設(shè)計(jì)方式的結(jié)構(gòu)、目標(biāo)、流程作了較深入的討論,在此基礎(chǔ)上,綜合利用面向綠色制造的各種理論知識(shí),包括綠色設(shè)計(jì)、并行設(shè)計(jì)、面向制造的設(shè)計(jì)等現(xiàn)代設(shè)計(jì)方法,探索一種低成本、低能耗、高質(zhì)量、少污染、高效率的鑄件結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方法。
通過研究,我們得到如下結(jié)果:
(1) 分析了傳統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)過程,發(fā)現(xiàn)傳統(tǒng)的鑄件結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中存在很大的缺陷。
(2) 建立了面向綠色制造的鑄件結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的理論體系體系。這個(gè)體系按照綠色制造的要求,闡述了鑄件結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)從目標(biāo)、流程到支撐系統(tǒng)的一系過程。
(3) 初步探討了鑄件結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的圖譜。

ABSTRACT
Casting is a resource consumption industry, of course, a large consumption of resources mean to have a lot of pollutants,including emissions, waste water and waste residue. Energy consumption and environmental pollution level is closely related to the casting structural design,to a large extent, it is decisded by the stage of structural design. However, in the traditional design, the target is limited to low-cost, short-cycle, high-efficiency, targets consider little energy consumption and environmental factors, which lead to environmental and economic development of non-conforming. Another problem is that in the traditional serial design, structural design and process design is out of touch, not conducive to optimizing the design.
To solve the above problem, Inspection a lot of books, analysis the deficiencies of traditional structural design,raised the Concept Of casting for green manufacturing structural design , and make an in-depth discussion on the Structure, objectives, processes Of this kind design.comprehensive utilization of the various theories of green manufacturing knowledge, Include Green design, Concurrent design, Design for manufacturing and other modern design,explore a method of the casting structural design,which is low-cost, low-power, high-quality, low pollution, high efficiency.
Through the research, we have the following results:
(1) Analysis of the traditional design process, found that the traditional casting structural design have a lot of shortcomings.
(2)Establishment of a green manufacturing-oriented structural design of the casting of the theoretical system. The system accorde to the requirements of green manufacturing, expounded the Process from the goals, processes to support system
(3) Discussed the structural design of the casting patterns.
