ABSTRACT
Nano-materials is the 21st century and new materials, the concept was attention and in-depth development.in the middle of last century the scientific community to give extensive. Now, nano-materials has been in defense, electronics, metallurgy, chemistry, medicine and other fields shows a good prospect, is the new material on the most dynamic, social development has an important impact on the study.
Nano-TiO2 as a new type of inorganic semiconductor materials, because of its excellent performance, a variety of purposes, the broad application of enticing prospects of its early research in the last century to the 1970s has been carried out since the ascendant. At present, the Nano TiO2 powder and nano-thin film of the more common, and the reports of TiO2 nanotube little. TiO2 nanotube has a greater surface area and thus has a higher surface energy than the nano-powder, the film.It is expected in a wide range of practical applications with better nature. So the research to TiO2 nanotube is not only a theoretical significance and value highly the subject.
