摘 要

家具企業(yè)內(nèi)部物流設施改善主要是針對生產(chǎn)流程與物流設施之間的配合關系進行的優(yōu)化與改善，目前國內(nèi)外針對此問題的解決方案則偏向于從物流設施方面進行改善，未能從宏觀的角度從整體性上改善。
本論文針對目前家具企業(yè)內(nèi)部物流設施改善的研究狀況，特提出一種以工業(yè)工程技術、人因工程、質量分析技術、計算機科學、現(xiàn)代物流方法等技術為基礎的聯(lián)系的整體性的改善方案。
本文的主體部分運用設施規(guī)劃和物流分析中的SLP原理，對該家具企業(yè)內(nèi)部物流設施的布局進行了重新現(xiàn)劃和設計，使企業(yè)內(nèi)部車間做到了物流順暢、運輸路線最短、縮短生產(chǎn)周期和降低生產(chǎn)成本?？紤]到各個部門之間的關聯(lián)性，綜合考慮了管理制度的重建，采購管理的提升，庫存管理的有效化，生產(chǎn)管理的優(yōu)化，信息管理建設與改進上來改善家具企業(yè)的內(nèi)部物流狀況，這也正是本論文所研究的關鍵與意義之所在。

ABSTRACT
