摘 要

在我國，現(xiàn)代物流正處于起步階段，物流標準化工作滯后與物流業(yè)的發(fā)展。由于缺乏標準化，致使信息交換不暢，流通環(huán)節(jié)增多，流通費用增加，大大降低了物流系統(tǒng)的效率和效益，制約著我國物流業(yè)的發(fā)展。我國物流標準化工作勢在必行?；诖耍疚闹饕芯磕澄锪髦行牡臉藴驶F(xiàn)狀及策略問題。
首先，文章介紹了物流標準化的概念及內(nèi)容，并且分類介紹國內(nèi)外物流標準化研究的現(xiàn)狀。
然后，由某市長安民生物流股份有限公司入手，對其企業(yè)運作情況及管理情況進行了概述。以其下屬的零部件配送中心JV-RDC作為例子，通過現(xiàn)場觀測的情況對中心做出標準化現(xiàn)狀的概述，并且發(fā)現(xiàn)其在標準化方面存在不少的問題。本文選擇了從編碼標準化、包裝尺寸標準化、換裝標準化、物流安全與標準化、退貨物流標準化五個方面進行闡述。
最后，以JV-RDC的標準化情況作為基礎，探討企業(yè)在標準化上應該采取的策略。

Be in starting phase in our country, modern logistics, logistics standardizes development of the lagging working and logistics job. Information exchange is not smooth , intermediate links increases by, circulation costs increases by since being short of normalizing , causing, have been reducing systematic efficiency of logistics and beneficial result greatly , have been restricting development of our country logistics job. Our country logistics standardizes a job being imperative. Standardize current situation and the tactics problem owing to that this, the main body of a book study somewhat stream centre's mainly.
First, the article has introduced the concept and content that logistics standardizes, and has classified and has introduced that logistics standardizes the current situation studying at home and abroad.
And then, start with Chongqing Chang An county Min Sheng things stream incorporated company, operate condition and the administrative situation to whose enterprise having carried out a summary. Component and part distribution center JV-RDC with whose subordinate is an example, has no few problem by the fact that the condition that the scene observes doing out the summary standardizing current situation, and discovering the person to the centre in the field of normalizing. Normalizing, package the main body of a book has been chosen from returning goods stream normalizing, changing dress normalizing, logistics safety with normalizing, the code standardize five aspect being in progress expounding.
Condition is a basis, investigation and discussion enterprise ought to on normalizing finally, with the JV-RDC normalizing tactics adopting.
