由于我國(guó)激光工業(yè)基礎(chǔ)較差,激光加工技術(shù)的應(yīng)用尚不普遍,激光加工整體水平與先進(jìn)國(guó)家相比仍有較大差距。然而激光切割加工廣闊的應(yīng)用市場(chǎng),加上現(xiàn)代科學(xué)技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展,使得國(guó)內(nèi)外科技工作者對(duì)激光切割技術(shù)進(jìn)行不斷深入研究,推動(dòng)著激光切割技術(shù)的不斷向前發(fā)展。
本文首先介紹了激光技術(shù)的發(fā)展和加工特點(diǎn),以及激光切割在國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展趨勢(shì),同時(shí)論述了課題選題的背景以及研究的目的和方法,介紹了實(shí)驗(yàn)條件,以便探求實(shí)用的激光二維切割加工工藝參數(shù)。
本文還詳細(xì)介紹了激光切割的基本原理及加工特點(diǎn),分析了激光精密切割質(zhì)量的影響因素。并介紹了計(jì)算機(jī)輔助工藝設(shè)計(jì)割流程和切割機(jī)床的工藝過(guò)程,對(duì)在加工中遇到的一些問(wèn)題做了闡述。設(shè)計(jì)零件并針對(duì)具體的零件分析激光切割的工藝過(guò)程,運(yùn)用了正交實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)的方法設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)驗(yàn)并進(jìn)行了分析計(jì)算,初步得到了切割質(zhì)量的回歸方程,然后進(jìn)行了切割參數(shù)優(yōu)化。從理論上和大量的試驗(yàn)結(jié)果中,深入分析研究了影響激光切割加工的相關(guān)物理參數(shù)和工藝參數(shù),包括:激光器功率大小、輔助氣體壓力和切割速度,對(duì)加工過(guò)程和切割質(zhì)量的影響。
本文還對(duì)得出的切割質(zhì)量的回歸方程進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)檢驗(yàn),使得回歸方程在實(shí)際加工中得到了驗(yàn)證,對(duì)以后的切割加工具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。

ABSTRACT
Laser cutting compare with the traditional cutting methods,with the characteristics of a high-speed, high efficiency, high precision and high adaptability , and also offers narrow kerf, nice cutting-quality, without cutting noise and radiation, low processing costs,easily automated control and so on. Laser cutting platewithout using a mold, it can replace some of the need for a large complex die punching processing methods, thus greatly shortening the production cycle and reduce costs.
Because China's poor industrial base of laser, laser processing technology applications is not yet universal, laser processing and the overall level compare with advanced countries are still larger gap. However, laser cutting wide application market, coupled with the rapid development of modern science and technology , science and technology workers at home and abroad makes laser cutting technology for the continuous in-depth study, a laser cutting technology to promote the laser processing technology constant development.
This paper first introduced the development of laser technology and processing characteristics, and laser cutting at home and abroad of the status quo and development trend of the topics discussed topics at the same time the background and the purpose of the study and methods, introduced the experimental conditions, in order to explore practical laser Two-dimensional cutting process parameters.
This article also described in detail the basic principle of laser cutting and processing characteristics of the laser precision cutting and quality of factors. And introduced a computer-aided design of cutting processes and the process of cutting machine tools, in the processing of some of the problems encountered is also described. Design-specific parts and components of the laser cutting process, the use of the orthogonal experimental design of experiments designed and analyzed, initially find the regression equation of cutting the quality and then proceed to optimize the cutting parameters. In theory and a large number of test results, in-depth analysis of the impact of laser cutting of the relevant physical parameters and technical parameters, including: laser power size,the assistant gas pressure and cutting speeds to the influeence of cutting quality.
This paper also aims at the regression equation of cutting quality for the statistical test, making the regression equation in the actual processing which has been verified, after the cutting of a certain guiding significance the future cutting.
