摘 要

一直以來，行動不便的人或殘疾人出行極為不便。隨著科學(xué)進(jìn)步和社會文明程度的發(fā)展，全球都越來越重視占總?cè)丝诩s7%的各類殘障人士的權(quán)益保障。在2004年的第38屆東京國際車展上，三菱展出了一款無障礙微型廂式車，無障礙車開始被廣泛關(guān)注。在中國，特別是近兩年，很多城市都出現(xiàn)了無障礙公交車，越來越多的地方將人性關(guān)懷融入到城市交通。無障礙出租車其中重要的設(shè)計環(huán)節(jié)是無障礙車輪椅升降系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計。本課題研究設(shè)計了一套無障礙車輪椅升降系統(tǒng)，其中包括：升降平臺、控制升降平臺在地面與汽車間上升與下降的機(jī)構(gòu)、輪椅鎖緊機(jī)構(gòu)、電氣控制裝置。它適用于不同規(guī)格形狀的輪椅，實現(xiàn)人坐在輪椅上不動，操作無障礙車輪椅升降系統(tǒng)就能自動上下車，操作簡單，動作安全可靠，方便殘疾人及老年人乘車出行。

Abstract

All along, persons with disabilities travel very inconvenient.With scientific progress and social development level of civilization ，the rights and interests of security are increasing emphasis of the total population of about 7 percent of all types of disabled people The world .In 2004 the 38th session of the Tokyo International Auto Show, Mitsubishi displayed a barrier-free micro-Van, Barrier-free vehicles began to be widespread concern.In China, in particular the past two years, many cities have a barrier-free buses, more and more places bring care for human traffic into the city.One important barrier-free taxi is part of the design of barrier-free vehicles stair lifts system design.This research designed a wheelchair accessible vehicle movements, including:
Take-off and landing platform, control movements on the ground with the vehicle platform between the rise and fall of the bodies, locking wheelchair, electrical control devices.It applies to different specifications of the shape of a wheelchair,Achieving a wheelchair fixed, Wheelchair accessible vehicle movements operating system will be able to get on and off automatically,Simple, safe and reliable action, To facilitate the disabled and the elderly travel by car.
