摘 要

新型雙齒條齒輪大功率大扭矩扭振振動臺是用來對零件進(jìn)行疲勞試驗、動態(tài)剛度、動態(tài)阻力等性能測試的多功能試驗平臺。它可以為零件的設(shè)計提供準(zhǔn)確而且完備的設(shè)計依據(jù),并對最終產(chǎn)品的性能予以評估。對機(jī)械零件的性能、壽命進(jìn)行測試和分析,可以為產(chǎn)品設(shè)計與質(zhì)量評價提供可靠的科學(xué)依據(jù),縮短產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)周期和提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。
本文結(jié)合課題“新型雙齒條齒輪大功率大扭矩扭振振動臺的設(shè)計”,以虛擬儀器理論和計算機(jī)控制理論為指導(dǎo)完成系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn),制造一個集機(jī)、電、液和計算機(jī)為一體的現(xiàn)代測控系統(tǒng)。其測控系統(tǒng)主要由角位移傳感器、扭矩傳感器,電液伺服閥,功率放大器,數(shù)據(jù)采集卡和計算機(jī)組成。該試驗臺具有輸入扭矩可控可調(diào),輸入頻率可控可調(diào),輸出的扭振轉(zhuǎn)角可控可調(diào),能夠輸出扭矩和時間,擺角和時間以及扭矩和角度之間的曲線關(guān)系,并能夠進(jìn)行實驗數(shù)據(jù)存儲等功能。具有較高的工作效率,測試精度和智能化水平。
本文的主要內(nèi)容包括:論述了虛擬儀器設(shè)計思想和計算機(jī)控制技術(shù)在測控系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用、數(shù)字控制器在系統(tǒng)中的設(shè)計和實現(xiàn)以及系統(tǒng)各硬件的選型、安裝和調(diào)試。
研究并分析了與上述方案相關(guān)的伺服控制系統(tǒng)、動態(tài)鏈接庫、轉(zhuǎn)速扭矩傳感器,C++串口通信等技術(shù),并結(jié)合這些技術(shù)及本試驗臺的實際情況開發(fā)出了界面友好、功能完備的試驗臺測控軟件。測控系統(tǒng)軟件是在目前最為通用的Windows操作系統(tǒng)下利用VB開發(fā)的,采用面向?qū)ο蠛涂梢暬脑O(shè)計方法,提高了開發(fā)效率。操作界面直觀,使用方便。

ABSTRACT

A new vibration generator of Two-rack gear high power and torsion moment is a comprehensive experimental platform used to test fatigue, stiffness, resistance and so on. It can provide precise and general gists for the parts’ design and verify the performance of the final products. The testing and analysis of mechanical transmission system’s performance and life provides reliable scientific evidence for product design. Besides, quality eva luation shortens product development cycles and upgrades product quality. So the test bed technology related research is of great significance.
In this thesis, a computer control and test system is designed and brought about successfully in the direction of the theory of virtual instrument and computer control. To make a modern test and control system, which includes mechanic, electronic, hydraulic and computer. The improvement system is made up of the angular displacement sensors, torque sensors, electro-hydraulic proportional flow control valve, power amplifier, data gathering board and computer. This test platform has various functions, for example, the input torque ,the input frequency and the output torsional vibration cornerare are controllable and adjustable. it also can output the curves which shows the relationship between time and torque, the relationship between angle and time and the relationship between torque and angle. it can still stores the experimental data. The test accuracy, the test efficiency and the intelligent level of hydraulic experimentation has been greatly improved.
The main content of this thesis includes the application of computer control and virtual instrument in the system, the design of the digital controller, the selection of the hardware, the installation and debugging of the system,
The technology of servo control system, dynamic link library, speed torque sensor, C++ serial communications related to the above scheme is researched and analyzed. A friendly interface, complete functional test-bed control software is developed integrated these technologies and the actual situation test bed. The control software based on the currently most common operating system-Windows is developed by C++ Builder 6.0.With the object-oriented and visual design methods, improve the efficiency of the development. The interface of the system is intuitive and easy to use.
