摘 要

綠色制造是制造企業(yè)充分考慮資源消耗和環(huán)境影響的一種可持續(xù)發(fā)展模式，是目前國(guó)內(nèi)外研究的熱點(diǎn)，目前的研究已逐步深入到具體行業(yè)及企業(yè)的應(yīng)用。與國(guó)外相比，我國(guó)鑄造生產(chǎn)過程物料、能源消耗大，對(duì)環(huán)境的影響也較大，具有較大的節(jié)能減排潛力。鑄造企業(yè)綠色制造是一種實(shí)現(xiàn)鑄造業(yè)優(yōu)質(zhì)、高效、低耗、清潔的可持續(xù)發(fā)展模式，是解決鑄造企業(yè)物料、能源消耗高，污染大的一種有效措施。
本文通過對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外鑄造現(xiàn)狀的分析，結(jié)合綠色制造的研究和應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀，在可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論、工業(yè)生態(tài)理論、循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論等的支持下，分析鑄造企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)運(yùn)作的過程、資源流（物流）主線、污染物主線，在此基礎(chǔ)上建立鑄造企業(yè)綠色制造的運(yùn)行模式，對(duì)于鑄造企業(yè)更好地實(shí)施綠色制造，降低實(shí)施中的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)具有十分重要的意義。

ABSTRACT

Green manufacturing is a sustainable development model,it takes full account of resource consumption and environmental impact. The current study has been gradually into specific industries and enterprise applications,and become a hot both at home and abroad now. Compared with foreign countries, Chinese casting process consume a lot of materials and energy, the environmental impact is also greater.In the other hand ,it means the casting process has great potential in energy emission area. Casting green manufacturing enterprises is a way to achieve a high-quality, high efficiency, low consumption, clean the sustainable development model, is to solve business casting materials, high energy consumption and pollution as a major and effective measures.
Based on the analysis of the at home and abroad casting status ,combined green manufacturing research and application of the theory of sustainable development, industrial ecology theory, the cycle of economic theory, with the support of the foundry business operation of the production process, the flow of resources (logistics ) Main line, the main line of pollutants, on the basis of the establishment of the foundry business operation model of green manufacturing, casting enterprises better implementation of green manufacturing, reducing the risk of implementation is of great significance.
