教材管理系統(tǒng) （Virsual Studio 2005） [畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)+源代碼]


摘 要

學(xué)校每個(gè)學(xué)期都要購(gòu)進(jìn)大量的教材，然后發(fā)放給學(xué)生。目前許多學(xué)校是以班級(jí)為單位，統(tǒng)一向?qū)W生發(fā)放教材，然后收取書(shū)款。學(xué)生每學(xué)期開(kāi)學(xué)都需要購(gòu)買(mǎi)教材。首先學(xué)校根據(jù)每學(xué)期所開(kāi)設(shè)的課程，向各書(shū)商或出版社購(gòu)進(jìn)課本，然后學(xué)生以班級(jí)為單位向?qū)W校領(lǐng)書(shū)交費(fèi)。這項(xiàng)工作現(xiàn)在在大部分學(xué)校還是手工操作，工作起來(lái)效率很低，并且不能及時(shí)了解教材庫(kù)存和領(lǐng)取的具體情況。同時(shí)由于不可避免的人為因素，可能造成教材收費(fèi)出錯(cuò)等情況。
  針對(duì)這種情況，為了更好地適應(yīng)當(dāng)前學(xué)校管理的需求，避免手工管理存在的這些弊端，開(kāi)發(fā)了本教材管理系統(tǒng)。學(xué)校通過(guò)使用本系統(tǒng)，可以實(shí)現(xiàn)教材收費(fèi)、領(lǐng)取的自動(dòng)管理。本系統(tǒng)主要包含4大功能，分別是教材的入庫(kù)管理，學(xué)生的書(shū)費(fèi)管理，系統(tǒng)管理以及綜合查詢。
  本系統(tǒng)使用SQL Server 2005 Express數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)作為后臺(tái)的數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng)，利用ADO數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)組件連接后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。開(kāi)發(fā)采用的是C#，它是由Microsoft公司開(kāi)發(fā)的Windows程序開(kāi)發(fā)環(huán)境，是現(xiàn)在最受歡迎的幾種開(kāi)發(fā)工具之一。

Before the beginning of the term,teachers must carry out courses setting,for example,adding courses,canceling courses and filling in the information chart,then they will hand in to the teaching affairs department and wait for superrising.According to the application of every teacher,and the actual situation,they will dertermine which course to have  and assign teaching resoures,such as time of having classes,classroom and so on.After these tesbs,when the new term  begines,they offer the courses to the student,student select the courses based on their interests.The teaching affairs  department will reorganir and analyze the resules.Then they offer the list to the responder teachers and also give the table  of course anary there to each student.At the end of the term,teachers give a mask to student according to the list.After  scores are recorded into computers,students can know their marks of each course through computers.Therefore,developing the system of the management of teaching affairs department can reduce the burder of the staff.At the same time,it is course after  for students to learn selected courses and resules.the system mainly includes functions such as course setting,teaching arrangement,selecting courses,courses management and result and so on.
   The development of this system employ C# which is the development environment of windows program opened up by Microsoft company,it is one of the most popular development tolls.
