0 引言
沖壓機(jī)械工作特點(diǎn)是，工作作用力大，循環(huán)時(shí)間短，操作為簡(jiǎn)單重復(fù)動(dòng)作，長(zhǎng)時(shí)間作業(yè)極易造成操作工人因操作疲勞而出現(xiàn)失誤，造成事故，因此，沖壓機(jī)械作業(yè)具有較大的危險(xiǎn)性。通過對(duì)沖壓機(jī)械進(jìn)行自動(dòng)化改造，可以有效減輕工人的作業(yè)強(qiáng)度，從而保證工人的操作安全，減少或防止事故的發(fā)生，實(shí)現(xiàn)沖壓機(jī)械的本質(zhì)安全化
