摘 要
中小企業(yè)在我國經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會發(fā)展中具有舉足輕重的作用，目前在工商注冊登記的中小企業(yè)占全國注冊企業(yè)總數(shù)的絕大部分，提供半數(shù)以上的城鎮(zhèn)就業(yè)機(jī)會，中小企業(yè)已成為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的主導(dǎo)力量。而在實(shí)際工作中，融資難已成為制約中小企業(yè)發(fā)展的主要障礙。文章通過借鑒國外的研究現(xiàn)狀，運(yùn)用比較分析與理論與實(shí)際相結(jié)合的方法，對中小企業(yè)以及成長型中小企業(yè)做出理論分析，系統(tǒng)闡述成長型中小企業(yè)融資難的現(xiàn)狀，分析了影響成長型中小企業(yè)融資難的主要原因。根據(jù)這些內(nèi)外部的不足，提出了當(dāng)前解決成長型中小企業(yè)融資的有效措施。并結(jié)合實(shí)例做出具體分析，為成長型中小企業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了合理化建議。這對于促進(jìn)中小企業(yè)的快速成長，確保國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)、快速、協(xié)調(diào)、健康發(fā)展具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
