摘要
隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)的不斷發(fā)展，全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的聯(lián)系與融合日益緊密，企業(yè)國際化是企業(yè)成長壯大的必經(jīng)之路，也是我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的要求。伴隨著中xx糧油集團(tuán)自身經(jīng)營優(yōu)勢和技術(shù)優(yōu)勢的不斷提升，應(yīng)該逐步實(shí)行國際化戰(zhàn)略。在國外建立生產(chǎn)基地、研發(fā)中心，獲取先進(jìn)的技術(shù)。xx糧油集團(tuán)國際化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略既關(guān)系到企業(yè)自身的發(fā)展，也是關(guān)系國家競爭力的大問題。本文在簡述了國際化經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略的基本概念和和理論后，主要圍繞xx糧油集團(tuán)國際化發(fā)展中存在的問題，分析原因，并針對(duì)問題和原因，解決問題，制定發(fā)展策略。以期對(duì)企業(yè)有所啟示。

Abstract
With the continuous economic and social development, and the global economy integrating more closely than ever, internationalization is the only way for enterprises to grow, and is also a necessity for China's economic development. Along with the upgrading of its operating and technology advantages, China Grains and Oils Group Corporation should gradually implement internationalization. The establishment of production bases abroad, R & D center, access to advanced technology are required. China Grains and Oils Group Corporation’international development strategy is not only related to the development of the enterprise itself, but also an important to the country's competitiveness . This essy outlines the basic concepts and theories of international operations and analyzes the reasons and causes for problems in the course of development. It also comes up with solutions to these problems and formulation of development strategies to enlight the enterprises.
