摘 要

本畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)工程為xx市新城住宅樓,建筑面積為5203.1㎡,地上為10層,均為住宅使用。主體結(jié)構(gòu)高度為29.00m,層高均為2.9m??拐鹪O(shè)防烈度按6度進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),場地類別為Ⅱ類,抗震設(shè)計(jì)分組為第一組。建筑設(shè)計(jì)主要對本住宅樓進(jìn)行了平面、立面和剖面設(shè)計(jì),根據(jù)建筑設(shè)計(jì)和相關(guān)規(guī)范條款給出合理的剪力墻布置圖。結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)主要在綜合考慮了結(jié)構(gòu)在各種恒載、活載、風(fēng)荷載以及地震荷載作用下的情形后,詳細(xì)的分析了結(jié)構(gòu)在風(fēng)荷載和地震荷載作用下橫向的各種性能,通過內(nèi)力計(jì)算進(jìn)行剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)力組合,并進(jìn)行最后的截面設(shè)計(jì)及構(gòu)造要求。

Abstract

The graduation project for the Mishan City Metro Residential Building, construction area of 5203.1 ㎡, on the ground for ten-storey are for residential use. The height of the main structure is 29.00m, the average height of the floors are 2.9m. Seismic fortification intensity is designed according to 6 degrees , the site classification is Class Ⅱ, and the first group of aseismatic design . The architectural design of this house is mainly focus on the plane, facade and profile, the layout of the shear wall was made according to the architectural design and the relevant clause. The structural design of major structures have considered a variety of dead load, live load, wind load and seismic load cases, and analyzed the structure in the wind and seismic loads under a variety of cross-cutting performance in details. Through the calculation of the internal force to undertake the shear wall structure of the internal force and make the final section design and detailing requirements.
