氣門搖桿軸支座機械加工工藝規(guī)程及精鏜孔20工藝裝備設計

摘　要
本次課程設計課題是搖桿軸支座加工工藝規(guī)程與專用鏜孔夾具設計，設計中綜合應用了工程圖學，機械設計，機械制造工程學，機械幾何精度設計等相關課程知識。本課程設計在搖桿軸支座工藝規(guī)程設計過程中，詳細的分析了搖桿軸支座的加工工藝，通過工藝方案的比較與分析選擇得到了符合技術要求的工序，形成了機械加工工藝過程卡和機械加工工序卡。本設計進行了鏜孔專用夾具的設計，闡述了定位方案的選擇、夾緊方案的確定、夾具體與鏜模設計，運用AutoCAD完成了此專用夾具的裝配圖和夾具體的零件圖。

Abstract
 The graduation design task is design of process and boring fixture of rocker shaft pedestal. This design is comprehensively applied the knowledge of correlated curriculum such as engineering graphic, mechanical design, mechanical manufacturing, engineering and mechanical geometry precision design. This graduation design detailed analysis process of rocker shaft pedestal. Process what is in keeping with technical requirements is selection through comparing and analyzing process scheme, to obtain the machinery process card and mechanical processes card. This design designed boring fixture of rocker shaft pedestal, expounds about the positioning scheme selection, determine the clamping schemes. Boring mould design and fixture pedestal design. Use AutoCAD completed the assembly of this special fixture and part drawing of fixture base. .
