伴隨著經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,企業(yè)逐漸從所有權(quán)與經(jīng)營權(quán)合一的組織形式轉(zhuǎn)化為所有權(quán)與經(jīng)營權(quán)分離的現(xiàn)代企業(yè)組織形式。由此出現(xiàn)了握有企業(yè)經(jīng)營權(quán)的經(jīng)營者為了實現(xiàn)自己的個人利益而不惜損害所有者利益的問題。而企業(yè)所有者的目標是實現(xiàn)企業(yè)利潤,保持企業(yè)的發(fā)展。經(jīng)營者目標與企業(yè)所有者目標之間的不一致勢必造成對企業(yè)發(fā)展的不利影響。因此,如何激勵經(jīng)營者,使其個人目標盡可能地與企業(yè)目標一致是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)共同面臨的岌待解決的問題。本文分析了我國企業(yè)經(jīng)營者激勵機制存在的問題,例如我國企業(yè)的激勵結(jié)構(gòu)單一、激勵強度不足、我國現(xiàn)行法律存在諸多障礙等等,對企業(yè)建立與完善經(jīng)營者激勵機制提出一些意見與建議,包括綜合運用多種激勵機制、增強激勵力度、健全我國的法律法規(guī)等。

China's modern enterprise management incentives to
the establishment and improvement
Abstract:Along with economic development, ownership and management of enterprises gradually integrated into the organizational form of the separation of ownership and management in the form of the modern enterprise . Hence there holding the right to operate the business operators in order to achieve their own personal interests at the expense of the interests of the owners. The goal is to the business owner profits, and maintain the development of enterprises. Operators inconsistencies between the goals and objectives of owners of the development will inevitably result in adverse effects. Therefore, how to encourage operators. possible with the goal of enabling enterprises to a modern enterprise is faced with the common objective point of a problem to be solved. This paper attempts to encourage operators theoretical studies so as to encourage business owners to establish and improve mechanisms for operators to make some comments and suggestions.
