隨著改革開放的發(fā)展，我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)正逐步融入全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化，二十多年來(lái)我國(guó)對(duì)外貿(mào)易取得了長(zhǎng)足發(fā)展。但與此同時(shí)，與改革開放的歷史相伴相長(zhǎng)的國(guó)際反傾銷浪潮卻給我國(guó)外貿(mào)出口前景投下了陰影。我國(guó)已經(jīng)遭受和正在遭受越來(lái)越多的反傾銷調(diào)查，現(xiàn)在對(duì)我國(guó)反傾銷的立案之多，涉及的產(chǎn)品種類之廣，使我國(guó)每年造成巨大的損失。國(guó)際社會(huì)頻繁的反傾銷調(diào)查給我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展帶來(lái)了不容忽視的負(fù)面影響，成為迫切需要解決的問題。

With the development of reform and opening, China's economy is gradually integrating into the global economic integration, China's 20 years foreign trade has made an considerable development. But at the same time, the history associated with the reform and opening of international anti-dumping has cast a shadow over the future of China's exports. China has suffered and are suffering more and more anti-dumping investigations, and now many of our anti-dumping cases on file, involving a wide variety of products, causing great losses to China annually. International community of the frequent anti-dumping investigations has brought to China's economic development a negative impact and can not be ignored as the urgent need to address the problem.
