摘 要
液壓泵是液壓系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)力元件,其作用是將原動(dòng)機(jī)的機(jī)械能轉(zhuǎn)換成液體的壓力能,向整個(gè)液壓系統(tǒng)提供動(dòng)力,因此液壓泵是液壓系統(tǒng)非常重要的元件之一。液壓泵性能好壞直接影響液壓系統(tǒng)工作的可靠性和穩(wěn)定性。構(gòu)成液壓泵的基本條件是:(1)具有密封的工作腔。(2)密封工作腔容積大小交替變化,變大時(shí)與吸油口相通,變小時(shí)與壓油口相通。(3)吸油口和壓油口不能相通。液壓系統(tǒng)中的各種液壓泵,其工作原理都是依靠液壓泵密封工作腔容積大小交替變化來實(shí)現(xiàn)的。
變量柱塞泵可分為斜盤式軸向柱塞泵和斜軸式軸向柱塞泵軸向。斜盤式與斜軸式軸向柱塞泵相比較,各有所長斜軸式軸向柱塞泵采用了驅(qū)動(dòng)盤結(jié)構(gòu),使柱塞缸體不承受側(cè)向力,所以,缸體對(duì)配油盤的傾復(fù)可能性小,有利于柱塞副與配油部位工作,另外,允許的傾角大,可是,結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,工藝性差,需要使用大容量止推軸承,因而高壓連續(xù)工作時(shí)間往往受到限制,成本高。斜盤式軸向柱塞泵,由于配油盤與缸體、滑靴與柱塞這兩對(duì)高速運(yùn)動(dòng)副均采用了一靜壓支承,省去了大容量止推軸承,具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,零件少,工藝性好,成本低,體積小,重量輕等優(yōu)點(diǎn),從而使該泵獲得了迅速發(fā)展,并且由于軸向泵比徑向泵結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,制造成本低;斜盤式軸向柱塞泵容易實(shí)現(xiàn)無級(jí)變量,體積小,重量輕,維修方便;因而斜盤式軸向柱塞泵比較其他泵在技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)上占很大優(yōu)勢(shì),所以,斜盤式軸向柱塞泵在不斷地改進(jìn)和發(fā)展,其發(fā)展方向是:擴(kuò)大使用范圍、提高參數(shù)、改善性能、延長壽命、降低噪聲,以適應(yīng)液壓技術(shù)不斷發(fā)展的要求。
本論文主要介紹了斜盤式軸向柱塞泵是液壓系統(tǒng)中的主要部件,斜盤式軸向柱塞泵是靠柱塞在柱塞腔內(nèi)的往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng),改變柱塞腔內(nèi)容積實(shí)現(xiàn)吸油和排油的,是容積式液壓泵,對(duì)于斜盤式軸向柱塞泵柱塞、滑靴、配油盤缸體是其重要部分,柱塞是其主要受力零件之一,滑靴是高壓柱塞泵常采用的形式之一,能適應(yīng)高壓力高轉(zhuǎn)速的需要,配油盤與缸體直接影響泵的效率和壽命,由于配油盤與缸體、滑靴與柱塞這兩對(duì)高速運(yùn)動(dòng)副均采用了一靜壓支承,省去了大容量止推軸承,具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,零件少,工藝性好,成本低,體積小,重量輕,比徑向泵結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單等優(yōu)點(diǎn),由于斜盤式軸向柱塞泵容易實(shí)現(xiàn)無級(jí)變量,維修方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn),因而斜盤式軸向柱塞泵在技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)上占很大優(yōu)勢(shì)。
根據(jù)計(jì)算的數(shù)據(jù),使用AutoCAD 軟件繪制出斜盤式軸向變量泵的各個(gè)工作零件,同時(shí),繪制出斜盤式軸向變量泵的總裝配圖。

Abstract
Hydraulic pump is the power of the hydraulic system components, and its function is to convert the mechanical energy prime mover of the liquid pressure can, to the hydraulic system provide the power, so the hydraulic pump hydraulic system is very important to one of the components. Hydraulic pump performance has a direct impact on the hydraulic system of work reliability and stability. Constitute the basic condition of hydraulic pump are: (1) Sealed cavity of the work. Variable piston pump can be divided into swash-plate axial piston pump and inclined shaft type axial piston pump shaft to. And inclined shaft type swash-plate axial piston pump compare, each has his strong point inclined shaft type axial piston pump driven by the plate structure, make piston cylinder body does not bear lateral force, so, the cylinder with oil pan out of the complex possibility small, be helpful for piston vice and oil distributing parts work, in addition, allow large dip Angle, but, the structure is complex, craft is poor, need to use big thrust bearing capacity, and high pressure continuous work time often is restricted, high cost. Swash-plate axial piston pump, due to the oil pan and cylinder, sliding boots and piston this two high-speed motion pair adopted the supporting a static pressure and tell the large capacity thrust bearing, the structure is compact, less parts, good in usability, low cost, small volume, light weight and other advantages, so that the pump won the rapid development, and because the axial pump radial pump than simple structure, the manufacturing cost is low; Swash-plate axial piston pump is easy to realize stepless variable, small volume, light weight, convenient maintenance; Thus swash-plate axial piston pump is other pump in the technical and economic index of the great advantage, so, swash-plate axial piston pump in constant improvement and development, its development direction is: expanding the use of range, improving the parameters, improve performance, prolong life, reduce the noise, in order to adapt to the requirements of the development of hydraulic technology continuously.
This paper mainly introduced swash-plate axial piston pump is the main components of hydraulic system, swash-plate axial piston pump is depends on the plunger piston cavity in the reciprocating motion, change the piston cavity content product oil absorption and realize the exhibit, is cubage type hydraulic pump, for swash-plate axial piston pump plunger, sliding boots, mix the oil pan is an important part of the cylinder block, piston is one of the main stress parts, sliding boots is high pressure piston pump is often used to one of the form, can adapt to the need of high pressure is high speed, match oil pan and cylinder directly affect the efficiency of pumps and life expectancy, due to the oil pan and cylinder, sliding boots and piston this two high-speed motion pair adopted the supporting a static pressure and tell the large capacity thrust bearing, the structure is compact, less parts, good in usability, low cost, small volume, light weight, simple structure and so on than radial pump advantage, because swash-plate axial piston pump is easy to realize stepless variable, convenient maintenance, thus swash-plate axial piston pump in the technical and economic indexes of great advantage.
According to the calculation of data, use AutoCAD software rendering the swash-plate axial variable pump parts of each work, and at the same time, rendering the swash-plate axial variable pump of total assembly drawing.
