17萬千瓦發(fā)電機(jī)組油膜失穩(wěn)故障振動(dòng)分析及處理
           
            
摘  要：大型旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)械軸瓦油膜失穩(wěn)故障在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中時(shí)有發(fā)生，其對(duì)設(shè)備的破壞程度大，診斷和故障處理較困難，本文介紹了17萬千瓦發(fā)電機(jī)組油膜失穩(wěn)故障振動(dòng)分析及處理過程，對(duì)發(fā)電機(jī)組軸瓦油膜失穩(wěn)故障的振動(dòng)頻譜、瓦溫、以及軸承座標(biāo)高等特征進(jìn)行了探討和分析。
